The University of The West Indies and the University of Technology recently bestowed honorary degrees on the Hon Oliver Clarke, chairman of The Gleaner Company Limited. A reception was held to celebrate the achievement at his St Andrew residence on November 7. Here are pictorial highlights of those who attended the reception
