The Chilean Embassy in Jamaica is hosting a wine-tasting event to raise money for victims of the magnitude 8.8 earthquake which devastated the South American country last month.

According to the embassy, proceeds from the event, which will take place this Saturday at BIN 26 on the Devon House grounds in St Andrew, will be turned over to the 'One Roof for Chile' charity.

The 'One Roof for Chile' charity was set up to assist with the rebuilding of homes damaged by the earthquake and resulting tsunamis.
